We love the Emporium Cafe but the last two times I was let down with a very greasy omelette, burnt mushrooms and burnt sausages. It's still one of our favourite places , hopefully it won't happen again.

Fantastic service and food for a baby shower party.

If you're looking for a well catered for afternoon tea party look no further as The Emporium delivers in their quirky cafe tucked away within the various shops.

I had arranged a small gathering for a baby shower aiming for a relaxed and understated celebration which is exactly what I got. They even allowed me to decorate beforehand ( no confetti for obvious reasons).

You'll be looked after by a group or staff who will try their best to fulfill any request.

Safe to say I will be returning.

Thankyou Emporium!

The most gorgeous and unique place! Filled with so many amazing independent sellers and supporting local creators! We go all the time for shopping, dining and live music. I’ve attended events with my father who is disabled and the staff in the cafe (Julie especially) were so attentive and made sure we had suitable access. The food and cocktails are to die for! We love the Emporium! 😍

We dropped mum and son at the back of the Emporium so they could walk into the cafe without using any stairs. Great food but prices have increased. Lots of interesting antiques and more up to date treasures. One niggle is the toilets are downstairs and hard to use if you are with anyone with mobility issues. Downstairs was reached by collecting my son and mum and dropping them out at the front of the building in quite a busy street. The toilet is up a step and quite small for anyone in a wheelchair.

This is a real treasure trove of a store, a unique mixture of collections, original designs and vintage. Lovely Cafe restaurant with some beautiful cakes to tempt you while shopping. Definately find this shop its well worth a visit.

Had a lovely time looking around the fantastic Emporium Tuesday morning. It really is worth a visit. Then treat yourself with a drink and cake. They had lots of ideas for Christmas presents.

Absolutely rude staff! Twice I've been served about an older lady with a grey bob and she's be so disrespectful to me. Just went in to pick up this 2 lovely candles, took them up to the till and said 'I would like to buy these, there's no price tag on them. How much are they?'. She replied 'Really expensive' and glared at me. I replied 'Well how much are they?'. She paused for a bit then said '£9.95 each'. I said I would leave it as £20 for 2 candles seems a lot and I felt like she was making up the price because I'm young. There were similar candle next to them which was £4 each. This isn't the first time she's been rude to me about prices. Will not be returning in future. Trying to support small business and this is how they treat young people. Customers service is dead nowadays.
