Three Spires Shopping

Good range of shops and outlets. Covered on the sides . A gentle slop. Popular area of Lichfield. Down side people walking dog's. Care needed to ensure that one dose not step onto one and injury the dog cyclists can be a problem. Care required when stepping out of retail outlets

Not the best area to go shopping but it is improving over time.

Lovely atmosphere clean and varied shopping with a good Saturday Market in the Square.

Update: I beat Excel Parking in court and implore others to fight them too.

The management of Backcester Lane car park has now been taken over by Three Spires who have instructed predatory private parking company, Excel Parking, to harass, honest car park users when they're technology fails to allow drivers to make payment. There are no signs warning drivers that the PayByPhone app is no longer the app through which payment can be made and Excel also do not pick up the phone if you attempt to attempt to inform them their digital payment facility doesn't work. All appeals to Excel are completely and utterly pointless. Given the amount of empty units you'd think Three Spires would want to encourage people back rather than penalise people who try honestly to pay but can't because the systems currently in place are useless.

excellent shopping area, very clean, and with a good variety of shops, on Saturdays you can breathe a magical atmosphere

It's a shame the the owners are pricing themselves out of business, they need to lower the rents so shops can stop open
