Ordered a battery pack marked as "Like New" with original packaging. Absolute dud, doesn't charge or discharge and is clearly broken. Battery also had damage to the casing. Wish I had just bought from Amazon as now I have to return the item and I won't get my original postage costs back.

Selling items that are clearly defective. Avoid.

I had not heard of this company until they came up on a Google search. I wanted some blackout curtains, and they had the exact colour and size for far less than they were elsewhere. They arrived very quickly, are in perfect condition, and very nice quality. I will be keeping an eye on this site!

So I thought I'd share my experience with everyone because let's be honest when you come across a site that you have never used before you have to sometimes be careful it's not a scam!
I stumbled across this site and to be honest thought it was too goo to be true. I did some research to make sure it was legit and read some reviews which lets be honest can sometimes be misleading. I wanted a trike for my daughter and managed to get one for half the price. The condition was 'good' meaning it had been opened but still in good working order only thing to expect would be they would be repackaging it.
I made sure I could pay with PayPal so if was too good to be true I could get my money back. I paid for express delivery too. I was sent a Hermes trackin g number so I double checked with them to make sure it was real which it was!
I'm very happy to say I received my order withing 2 days of ordering and it was exactly what I ordered! I now have one very happy little girl who loves her new trike! I will definitely be ordering from them again 😊

Great online store selling new / nearly new goods. Have found the descriptions very accurate and the goods well packaged. On the one time I had an issue their customer services responded in less than 24h, sent a return label by return and my money was refunded within 48h of receipt of goods! That's a much better response than many of the bigger organisations! Highly recommended

Excellent company. Purchased an item and it arrived as expected. There was one small issue at the time of purchase, but it was resolved very quickly by Tia who was exceptionally fast in replying to my emails.

I'd never heard of them until they came up on a search for a particular item, but they had the item I wanted for a lot cheaper than elsewhere. Order arrived next day as they were offering free next day delivery when I ordered. Excellent value and service.

Picked up a great bargain , A beard and hair trimmer all in one. It was in perfect condition and I ended up paying without having to bid. The actual price I paid was less than I could find it on eBay . I would recommend bargain fox to check out the price of a product before you went anywhere else. You will probably end up buying from them .
