This is a nice shop. Standard Card Factory setup. Cards are a good price and there is a good variety. Staff are very helpful and will go the extra mile to try to meet your needs. Shelves are constantly refilled.

Visited last week and needed some help with balloon ideas for a family birthday (I had no clue what to buy). Casey was brilliant and put together a lovely arrangement, she took the time to show me what could go together and she went out the back to make it all up for me. We had gone into Card Factory and couldn't have been anymore unhelpful, gave the impression they couldn't be bothered.

We then visited WH Smith next door and the gentleman really took his time to help us, appreciate blowing up balloons is a lengthy task but he just cracked on with it.
