Did click and collect with ebay.. returning customer. Shop refused to take the item as it was to large even though ebay allowed me to purchase item. As I was a returning customer and I live 2 streets away I asked them to call me as it was a mistake. Shop keeper refused to help and weren't very helpful. I will never use click and collect here again.

Great shop, great staff. The owners are lovely and will always take care of you.
