Appointed Chess Structual to help with our project to convent two rooms in our house into a more open plan layout. They did a great job, big thanks to Nick and the team for working quickly to provide the drawings we needed.

Used Nick to assess a property in St Albans following the commission of an earlier survey that left more questions than answers. Nick was prompt, thorough and objective. Highly recommend using Chess and Nick. Excellent service all round.

Extremely slow and missed deadlines they gave themselves. I was promised a quote three weeks ago…. Still waiting… Putting our extension further behind. I guess it’s too small of a job for them but would appreciate them just saying so we could of found someone else.

Unfortunately I found very slow response times. Also a commitment made to provide information that was completely missed. Fortunately I had a backup plan for my extension project so it hasn't cost me significantly. I'm afraid this is an unreliable company.
