Rowancroft

It's a really nice place, however it's a long way from Streatham Campus and even town is a longer walk than I'd like. It's very convineient for St Luke's students though and there are several nearby shops including a Waitrose, a Tesco Express and a small Cooperative.

Conveniently placed closed to St. Luke's campus, and near Exeter City Centre. The site is kept clean and is very secure.

Nice student accommodation. Quiet and peaceful. Very helpfull nice people at reception.

I've done removal jobs for students at Rowancroft on a few occasions and the staff have always been helpful.

I enjoyed living here. Not too far from town which is always nice and has many good small shops/takeaways/pubs well within walking distance (15 minutes maximum)

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodation as there are no photos on the uni website. Plenty of room and storage in the room, kitchen is small, but I'm sure they'll all cope with it. Site looks well cared for and reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. Good luck to all the cohorts.

A decent studio with a good size kitchen but the decoratons and the overall feel of the room are rather poor. It is quite far from Streatham campus, around 40 minutes walk but in proximity to St Luke's campus it is really quiet and close to convenience stores and takeaways but for an accommodation in town and the price is not worth it as it is quite far from the city centre and quite secluded
