Always the first train cancelled in an emergency. Never notified it just sort of disappears from the screen.

No parking either if that bothers you.

And you have a 50/50 chance of getting the right platform if you're going to London. And if you're coming back you need to use the TFL website at Stratford to find the quickest route. Or f you're a gambler or a day dreamer it's 50/50 again.

TFL will always say towards Woodford, you'll need to delve a bit deeper and look at the stations to really work it out. Crafty little sods.

Not bad. Nice and quiet. Trains are not as often as other stations

The station is always there where I left it. :) would be better if the through train ran via Woodford all the time.

Went after 9:00am was peaceful and no one about didn't see any staff so not sure where they was ? Could be an issue if you have a problem

staff available mornings. shutters mostly closed which can be very annoying.

No screens to say where the trains are actually going, trains roughly every 20 -25 minutes, awful station!

It is a great station although there are few direct trains to central London. But there are few during office hours.

tfl if you see this we need action. we should have regular trains that go through Woodford, its unfair we have to change all the time.
what happened to Woodford via Hainault?
