Overcrowded. No toilets. Basic platform only really. Underinvested. Hasn't been refurbed ever. A place where trains stop and you can get on them (as long as its outside rush hour). Recently become even worse since 'refurbishing' the south entrance to make step free which will take 9mths (!?!?!?). Now we celebrate each morning walking through a poorly lit underpass decorated with pigeon droppings, vomit and urine. Thanks TFL.

New entrance now open on Westbound side for easy access for disabled and people with prams etc. Still no toilets Gents closed for years and now the ladies has been permanently closed, bit grubby staff not much in evidence, (but better than Snaresbrook though) could be better but could be a lot worse, a shame station staff do not do some tidying up of the station as in the past, not sure what their jobs entail these days, they just seem to sit in their boxes on their phones all day

Indigent jazz musicians crowd together for warmth. Give generously if you can.
