Arrived at 1016 to get my oyster updated with my railcard discount. Gates were open, no staff around. A lady who I think was a cleaner, said the person was on break until 1030. Came back at 1027 and waited until 1035 then used help point. No reply, so at 1042 got a train to Acton Town. Returning at 1101 gates were still open and no staff available. Total waste of my time and complete lack of customer service.

This station looks a bit dirty sometimes and only ever gets busy during rush hour - can expect it to be almost lifeless otherwise. Also, the neighbouring boroughs have agreed to build a footbridge that stems to Chiswick Business Park but as of now, haven't begun the construction process.
Good for those needing to head in that direction I suppose.

No Eastbound departures on the board so I asked the man sat in the booth who was chatting on his phone. He didn't bother checking anything and told me it would be 9 minutes then went back to his personal call. Train FINALLY turned up over 20 minutes later. Had he been honest and actually bothered to check then I could have got the Westbound train that was in 6 minutes and swapped one stop up for another line. Instead I was late for work.

The Trains are never on time and....there's always something wrong with the signals no staff anywhere to ask for information and when you do ask one of them they have to phone somewhere else for the information which turns out to be wrong apart from all that the station is fine but just get a bus its quicker...A quick update the platforms now have information boards but the trains don't turn up when the information boards say they should.(one step forward and two steps back )

One of my favourite stations! Whenever I used this station there was always polite and helpful stuff to help me with my Oyster Card or any questions about the lines. There is also a Huge Sainsbury's across the street.

Nice station very easy access to central London ,Chiswick Park is a London Undergroundstation in Chiswick in west London. The station is served by the District line and is between Turnham Green and Acton Townstations. It is located at the junction of Bollo Lane and Acton Lane about 150 m north of Chiswick High Road (A315) and is in Travelcard Zone 3. It is the only station on the Ealing Broadway branch to be served exclusively by the District line. The station is located in the west of Chiswick, near Acton Green common.

Nice station but the trains don't always stop here
