Kilburn

Friendly staff, plenty of Oyster top-up machines, a cash machine and a newly-installed public bookshelf (pictured) - Kilburn is a nice tube station on the Jubilee Line. There's quite a few steps up to the platform, but also an elevator if you've got heavy baggage (or just can't be bothered with the stairs). There's also a coffee shop at the station, and a convenience store and fruit stall just outside it.

My review is solely based on my experience. Therefore, the overall score will reflect both the positives and negatives without me mentioning the negatives as each experience can be different.

So...my review;
1. This station ONLY contains the Jubilee (Grey) line of the UG.

2. It contains a Costa coffee shop inside which is great.

3. It has a cash machine with free withdrawals.

Its a very nice station disgusting toilet though but it has a lift

This place is terrible, I asked for a mango milkshake and they gave me a vanilla!!! When I came back in they said it was mango and they needed to use vanilla and then proceeded to usher me out of the store. If I had a say don’t go in there. There was also flies on the bagels and sandwiches and the workers still didn’t remove them. If I had my saying don’t go in there!!!!

Good transport links with plenty of shops around

Great area, great RC Church, Sacred Heart Quex Rd, several train station's, great variety of shops, great place to eat. Lovely pub with friendly staff & customers. Load's to do, something for everyone.

Lost our wallet tonight (24th Oct 2021). Supervisor on duty (Jeff?) maybe it possible to retrieve the lost item and recover all cards and driving license.

Help much appreciated and he has been absolutely brilliant and kind.

Time being 23.15pm you would expect people to be tiered and more negligent. Jeff showed us that being helpful and kind makes the difference.
