Amazing staff, young girl in the till was really helpful. Would definitely recommend to support this independent business. They have a great selection in vegan meals and cooks vegetarian meals. They also have really good weekly deals.

Ordered some PRIME from here a few weeks ago and the service was amazing! COULD NOT BELIEVE they had it! It made my entire year! Staff are really friendly and the way they treated me was like i was practically family! A very safe and welcoming environment.

Shockingly rude behaviour. I called to ask about what was in their "magic bag" today having never tried them before and the rude woman said she doesn't know what i s in itand said how do I expect her to make the "journey" to get up and look! I said because you are in the store whereas I am disabled at HOME which is actually a journey and her getting up off her chair to look is not a journey!! I said I want to speak to the manager and in my disbelief she said she is the manager and slammed the phone down on me!! Wow Budgens, you really know how to accommodate customers and disabled ones at that! What a nasty nasty nasty store. They don't deserve your income.

Lovely staff, so polite and always happy to help. A great selection of produce with lots of interesting products, artisan breads, international sweets, freshly roasted coffee beans. Brilliantly managed with great stock rotation, a far cry from what it was like a few years ago. The new owners have really made this in to a fantastic local store.

This is a fabulous well stocked, well run shop with the added bonus of a post office. As I wondered around I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of freshly made produce, all sourced locally. I will be popping back there very shortly to buy some of their amazing desserts that can't be found in the larger well known supermarkets
