Great store for really good prices on all sorts of groceries, and excellent frozen food range...just terrible check out!! Today waited in queue of about 7 customers waiting to pay, one check out working. Apparently system for home delivery doesn't work properly causing more delays and no staff to help pack crates. Make sure you have plenty of time if going at a busy period!!

I not overly keen on this branch. There are no self service tills so when it is busy you have to queue up and wait no matter how many items you have, another disadvantage is that the store is very small not a lot of space when paying for your goods. I normally like popping in to Iceland for a few things but the service is slow I dont like it.

Iceland is a cheap supermarket to buy your daily food needs. They have really cheap foods which are great. The quality of the foods are not that bad either and they even deliver your shopping to your door for free if your spend £30 or more. There are 4 tills but rarely are all in use. There is also plenty of parking at the back.

The shop is well stocked but far to many people dashing in the front door and shop lifting items, very off putting and you almost get bowled over but staff members running past you to try and catch the shoplifters while the security guard close to the door seems to be obvious to what is going on around him. :-(

I put one star because I couldn't put and less . The customer service from the younger staff is appalling! I rang the branch to complain and he put the phone down on me . They have a chip on there shoulders. And I feel as if the two staff members was too much giggling amongst there self's and don't treat there customers professionally. I'm disgusted by the two members of staff and hope they are disciplined for there behavior.

Good Value and decent quality could be Iceland motto... And every time we visit we seem to find yet another fine item to tempt our taste buds! This particular store is a bit smaller than some, so not so much space to move around, but still seems to be most of the items we regularly purchase.
