Iceland Supermarket Hoddesdon

My poorly mum who just had an operation spent 20 minutes longer shopping and received a fine of £100 after phoning Iceland and explaing the situation the lady on the phone interrogated my mum and refused to help my mum with her fine... disgusting behaviour.

A smaller Iceland but a good selection of products. Fruit and veg were all good and fresh. Has its own free car park. Friendly, helpful staff and customers. Only downside was only one till open when we were there and it was quite busy and the queue of trolleys made it difficult to get round. Bargain freezer and shelf near the tills.

Very good for food and is cheap as well.

Store pretty empty, as expected a wide selection of frozen foods, and if its frozen produce you want, you'll find it here. Fresh food and tinned goods are limited, soft drinks and bread etc seem well covered as do biscuits cakes and chocolate bars

Lovely staff, very helpful but prices have skyrocketed.
