Iceland Supermarket Waltham Cross

Antonia has EXCELLENT customer service! She is a delight, she was the only cashier and there was a long queue yet despite this she was polite and kept working fast and conversed with customers. It is a pleasure shopping at Iceland when they have staff like this… she deserves a promotion! Thank you Antonia :o)

Never have delivery slots and staff can be rude or just not bothered

Nice little store, well stocked. Parking at the back I am told but I park outside for free for 30mins

Terrible at home delivery customer service very difficult to get through to.

This a large variety of food at reasonable prices, just disappointing that they have so little drivers for home delivery
