Stopped off here for breakfast and a look around the garden centre.
Not overly busy although it was a bank holiday weekend.
Breakfast menu was straight forward and well priced and the food simple but fresh.
Great little farm shop and plenty of outdoor seating.
A compact garden centre with plenty of plants and shrubs outside to wander around.
Also and I testing most house of cacti and succulent plants.
Plenty of parking, well laid out, tasty food and gardens to stroll in. Worth a visit 🪴

Nice shop garden centre and cafe. Made better when there is an event on. We went when Hampshire Farmers Market were there. Drive there is lovely too through chocolate box Village of thatched cottages. Also the shop stocks an excellent range of local bottled ales.

Really loved my visit. Great food in a superbly decorated restaurant. The shop stocks lots of good products also and the garden centre is well worth a browse. Highly recommended 👌

Lovely place for cup of tea and cake or a light lunch, varied menu. Restaurant is roomy clean and modern staff are very friendly and the garden centre has a good selection of plants at affordable prices...

Beautiful site and super friendly.
What was a disappointment was the range of goods sold.
Lots of frozen posh ready meals. Fresh meat was burgers and sausages. I bought the whole last chicken 😬.
Would of liked to see more of the "duchy range' more specialist. Farmshop not corner shop.

What a lovely cafe which is run by Waitrose. It serves hot and cold drinks and a limited menu of light bites and cooked breakfast which looked great. We had 2 hot drinks and a scone each which came to around £11.

The garden centre has a wide range of plants and garden related items at a reasonable price, we bought a few items. Staff friendly and helpful. Well worth a visit.

We were so happy to find this lovely cafe, with very reasonable prices. We had cheese scones.. SO cheesy, fruity Xmas scones, which came with brandy butter and jam/ marmalade and lemon drizzle cake. A pot of tea for each of the 3 of us and it was around £17. I had acheese scone and it was one of the best I'd tasted. We will certainly come back. Lovely shop too, so too with home grown produce and home made cakes...loads of parking...

Farm shop, cafe/restaurant, garden centre, nursery, fishing cafe/office.....it really has a lot.

All local or specifically sourced food and ingredients, and big on knowing where the food has come from. Great to see. All good and drink is good quality, however the coffee can cost more than the food/cake.

The history behind the place makes it even more of a must see place, and it's a regular for us. Prices vary and. And seem costly Vs other places, however good is of great quality.

Plants side of life is vast and the team tending are very knowledgeable, great to wander about and plot the garden you want. Great atmosphere all about.

My only gripe personally is the garden shop stock which doesn't seem to turn over/change a great deal. The rest of the facilities are top notch.
