Sainsbury's

I used to love this sainsbury's for choice, convenience and staff service BUT changing to nearly ALL self service tills is terrible.
You are literally forcing people to use these when I would rather keep your staff in their brilliant customer service roles.
NOT a good move at all!!

Fuel price was competitive but was not allowed to use their toilet in the petrol station. Had to go to the store instead.
I didn't make a fuss but it was disappointing.

Amazingly helpful staff, actually jump-started my car when I had a battery problem whilst picking up a click and collect. Retail staff do not get enough love from the public imho.

Easter stock has started hitting the shelves and there's a good variety available.
Plenty of others offers about the store and we tend to visit a few different supermarkets to make the most of what's on offer as each shop has something different reduced.
We also managed to pick up Robertson's mince in Sainsbury's for 18p a jar (BB4 Nov 2024).

I visited a very busy customer service new years eve but was seen quickly as they put more staff on the counter/till. I swapped my dinner set I purchased the day before that had a chip in one of the bowls. All dealt with very quickly with no issues and a very happy customer. Thankyou we love Sainsburys!

A great place to get the basics -and specifics. The scan and shop service massively reduces time and is super useful for budgeting. Overall, great place ans convenient.

Always shop here , love having to option of self serve hardly any que ever , good selection of food and staff are friendly and helpful

Actually stopped to get petrol, which seems to be cheaper at Sainsbury's than anywhere else in Exeter. Then drove over to the supermarket to do a spot of shopping. Picked up 2 x 12 packs of Old Speckled Hen for only £20. Definitely a bargain.
