Marks and Spencer

Hi,
I would like to share an experience of M&S clothes quality.
My mum comes from Lithuania to M&S store every year to buy some clothes, because she used to love the quality and affordable price until she started to notice that the quality is going down. She lost the patience and contacted me and asked me help to write a review and share with other M&S customers.
She bought the trousers she loved but suddenly she got very unsatisfied because of this: left side 4 cm and the right side 5 cm the with of the material from sewing line to the inner material of the pocket.

Very helpful staff member from the lingerie department today. Lovely, approachable.
Would definitely recommend getting fitting and buying from here.

M&S cafe: Fresh, moist, delicious cakes and tasty cappuccino in the cafe. I thoroughly enjoy the quality of their food. The level of cleanliness has to be improved though. The tables are left unclean sometimes. I usually have a difficulty finding a clean teaspoon as they all have water and even tea stains on them. One time my cup had someone's red lipstick on it.
The food hall: It's small but has all the essentials. Clean. Mostly tasty food. I shop there every week for my favourites I can't buy anywhere else. I love their bread. I was disappointed they removed packaging from most bread. Now it's just lying on the shelves all exposed. Same with the pastry. It's unhygienic. People cough, sneeze, talk, can touch the bakery with their hands then put it back. How do I know they even washed their hands after the toilet? Personally, I don't buy bread without packaging, therefore most M&S bread isn't for me anymore.

Got some travel money from m&s greeted with two friendy staff was a plesent experience after being treated really bad and unpleasant from another store so thank you 😊

James did an excellent job helping me pick a suit this afternoon in the clothes shop section.
He was very friendly and helpful; Marks and Sparks is clearly still the place to go for a cheap suit.

Cancelling my credit card. After having card for five years still waiting for a pin to be sent. Four requests . Never answer their phone. M&S aren't what they were

Excellent store. Well laid out, plenty of stock and it's clear where everything is.

Café: they need to improve the service on serving people as the same people were doing the ordering and making drinks (and not even that good...). Food Quality was normal but small portions in comparison to other m&s cafes.

Really good homeward selection. Good (new) toilets and baby change. Would definitely recommend.

We went to shop here for short sleeve shirts. The ones on hanging displays were uninviting we then looked at the two pack deals. Also drab and £40 for two!. Very d
isappointed we decided to look for meal in their food hall. They only had a pizza,deal for four. We wanted one for two. We purchased nothing and went elsewhere.
