A well thought out shopping experience. Everything clearly labelled and easy to find in the store. Clean and spotless. Staff happy to help.

This is the second time I have been involved in accepting a home delivery and I must say that the male partner was exceptional. He remembered me and was so polite and helpful. What an absolutely fantastic experience. I live in France and the supermarket here could learn an awful lot from t Waitrose

Excellent staff at this Waitrose branch. During my 1st visit to familiarise with layout using my wheelchair; staff were pleasant, helpful & there's an upbeat positive vibe, no matter which area of the store you require. Thank you, greatly appreciated your staff.

Nice. Good size store for the area. Very polite staff.
Very good variety of produce, although as you'd expect, it's no Asda or Tesco. A little bit more expensive.
Loads of parking to the rear.
