M&S Simply Food

I bought an £8 meal deal twice. Lovely treats that I would not normally indulge. All was fabulous. Clean, wide aisles and a basket on a tiny trolley, which as I am disabled, made my shopping experience much easier

We travel up to Petersfield every few weeks, a lovely little town. M&S food hall always so clean and the layout easy to follow. The staff are friendly and attentive, well worth a visit.

I take my elderly mother shopping here most weeks. There are plenty of disabled parking spaces (for the size of the shop). The layout is very logical. Their biggest asset ( apart from the lovely stock) is their unwaveringly helpful staff. I have list count of the number of times they have patiently helped my mum.

Not, great . Had to wait to be served while three members of staff where standing around. Two of them were just chatting. Surely in this current enviroment customers should be in and out of the store as quickly as possible,, which would have been the case if they got their customer service correct. The man infront if me after being served decided to turn and exit the wrong way walking very close to me. So no staff monitiring ques either. Come on M&S you can do far better than this!

Wonderful products but noticed they overcharged several times - they blamed it on systems bot being updated to recognise discounts. Then manager was very rude when I complained to her! Check your bill carefully!

Lovely M&S with all the necessities. Not the greatest selection, but it is a smaller store so it's understandable.
Well situated just off the high street.

Love this shop in Petersfield great choice and staff are so nice and always helpful.
