Iceland Supermarket Winchester

Great store with a very large range of frozen foods, plus other items to pick up so many great bargains to keep the cost of your shopping bill down, especially at this time of year.

Till queues do get very large at times, but I always find it well worth the wait, as the staff I find are quite friendly to serve you most of the times I have shopped there, but as I am not a local, other people may disagree?

I went into Iceland's today and as I asking a shop assistant if they stocked a particular item they started dropped products on the floor, I made light of this so as not to embarrass them, they shouted at me for this stating "I KNOW STOP GOING ON ABOUT IT" and then demanded that I not touch them.
I'll quantify that I had no intention of "touching" this shop assistant in anyway shape or form. I find it offensive that this shop assistant would think this and voice it.

I do not expect to be spoken to like this when I go into a shop and in this case I'll not in any circumstances be going back to Iceland's again to spoken to like this any time soon. Since when has it been customer service policy in any shop to speak to a customer like this?

Suffice to say I left without purchasing anything. I didn't feel any respect or dignity during this interaction although I feel I respected and gave dignity towards the shop assistant at all times during this interaction.

The Winchester branch has always been a busy site and yet the team are all very friendly and welcoming. Dan and Scott in particular have gone above and beyond in their customer services and their driver Rob is always a friendly face when delivering to my door. Keep up the amazing work.

Nice little supermarket , very handy and close to the main car park at the Brooks , easy to access the car park with the supermarket trolley .
Well stocked although some fresh stock has very limited use by dates . No queue at tills which was a pleasant surprise and great service .

I will not Shop at Iceland anymore because its to dear to shop Item gone up 50% more

Got to expensive Iceland used to be cheaper than the other stores but now it's the same or more ! But a good lot of choice.
