This store is always well stocked and presented. The staff are friendly and talkative. There is a great range of both frozen and fresh products. Don't make the assumption it is all unhealthy frozen junk food. It isn't. There is loads of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as fresh dairy and pasta. It is located next to the car park and has easy access to load into your car. It's wheelchair accessible.

What a prat of a driver delivering to Wood Terrace to day 11/11/22 at 17.10 hrs thought it would be a good idea to park right on the corner causing an obstruction and a dangerous situation, causing a blockage etc, Did he ever pass his driving test? Van part reg DA67 he was spoken to. Just because you make deliveries, does not give ICELAND the right to cause a blockage or dangerous driving.

Never enough staff on the tills ! Normally only one in use ! So annoying when you only have a couple of items and your at the back of a large queue and there's people in front of you with trolleys full of stuff! I've actually put my shopping back and left the shop ! Store needs a decent manager !
