Asked 2 members of staff where something was neither seemed interested, ended up walking around the shop trying to find what I was looking for, couldn’t see it. Went to Morrisons down the road found it right away. Wouldn’t of minded if they didn’t have what I wanted! Just would of liked the staff who are wearing “here to help” jackets to actually want to help

Its a big ASDA so lots of choices as the pershore outlet is good but half the size. Currently roads around the area making access slower at busy times.

Disturbing experience at Cheltenham Asda. Will never be shopping here again.
It seems Asda is price gouging undercover of their "new" Essential range. This just replaces the old Smartprice range. See photo. Both 55p. Like many families, shop once a week. A family is going to require 10-12 Soya per week, easily. As I have done for years, put 10 of these in basket, then challenged at till on some dubious charge of "bulk buying" as they claim range is limited to "three" essential items. There is no signage in and around display all falling foul of sales of good regulations. The reason given was that I [ just digest that for a minute, it is quite sinister... they are targeting the individual ] am preventing others from purchasing these items. Clearly they have large amounts of Soya milk as a branded version for of course a higher price. Clearly they would rather I buy ten of these so that they can increase their profits. There seems to be no restriction on the higher price items. I expect that this is across the whole so called "essential " range. So beware of this sharp practice which amounts to an imposed inflation of 100%. Went to Tesco. They have huge stocks of both the lower price and the branded higher price. That is choice, that is not rampant profiteering.
To my mind behaviour of Asda today is not lawful. However, the best action I and on reflection, everybody, can take is that which hurts them in their profits. Do not shop at Asda. They are a rip off.

Went to the cafe for the first and probably the last time today. Lunch time on a Friday and nothing available, despite it being practically empty in there. We were told that most of their hot food was unavailable and when ordering drinks they didn't have any tea bags!!! I've never been to a cafe in my life that doesn't have tea available, especially considering there's a whole aisle of the stuff mere meters away. The staff were friendly but it wasn't much consolation especially after tasting the coffee on offer. We won't be back but probably a good thing as they don't appear to be able to cater for anyone

Great customer service today from Amanda. 6am visit for urgently needed brake fluid. None on the shelf. She checked her gadget and very kindly went upstairs to rummage around and found some for me. Not the first time this lovely lady has helped me. Always cheerful. A credit to Asda. Thank you.

Went to asda tonight at around 7pm this evening and Im not really impressed I found a Yankee candle in the sales section with no shelf edge label so decided to find a member of staff one them being a stock team member... I found 3 males all chatting amongst themselves and stood patiently waiting for them to stop. They didn't, they carried on talking until my partner upon watching me being ignored interrupted them. As someone who works in a retail business I am in dismay as the lack of care as they clearly saw me stood next to them. Upon further need of help around the store it seems there are staff that are super helpful one being an older man filling the fridges wearing a Christmas jumper who was polite and pulled stock forward so I could see it when I had enquired about an item I couldnt find and another gem I think her name was Rose on your self service checkout... What a lovely lady. Seems a shame that few let down your store when there are some genuinely lovely staff there.

I'm currently in a wheelchair and Paul the porter went and got me a mobility scooter to do my shopping with. He even helped me to put it away afterwards.

He deserves a pay rise and is a credit to the store.
