Sainsbury's

Well done Chloe! Your customer service abilities could not have been improved on when I visited the Leamington Sainsbury's store today. You have a very kind, caring attitude and could not have done more to help. Excellence all round. Your shop manager should be more than proud of you. Thank you.

The store never has enough tills open so you are forced to use self checkout which takes forever.
The car parking spaces and the roads within the parking are too small making if very hard to see which makes it dangerous, the ramps are too big, there are lots of potholes.
The recycling bins are always overflowing this leads people to just leave it on the ground to from of them.
The petrol station is also too small/tight and you can’t see on coming traffic from its exit which is very hasardeuse.
I avoid going here when I can.

I go here regularly and the store is being done up and there is now a much better sandwich area at the back of the store and a fresh orange juice machine. However the toilets are awful! A number have been broken for a long time and they're not very clean! This needs sorting as a priority.

Not good compared to ALDI TESCO MORRISONS AND ASDA.

Men's toilets need air fresheners as they smelt of urine
Store is feels like it needs updating(Dorrige is better)
Slow service at tills last week.

Huge thank you to first aiders Ben (and I'm so sorry but I never caught the name) and colleague, and the lady on customer services who called for them.

I shut my finger in my car door in the carpark and wandered in the store at closing time with a bloody hand and asked if anyone knew first aid. These 2 lovely guys appeared very quickly and took amazing care of me, cleaned and bandaged me up, answered my delirious questions about losing my nail/finger/sanity calmly and with distracting humour, gave me a seat and water, and even provided some bandages to take home. I later tried to get seen at the hospital and failed due to a 6 hour wait time. Thanks again, don't know what I would have done without these two heroes, crying in a hospital loo still probably!

Logical setup of aisles. You have options of self-checkout, manual checkout, scanners to scan the items as you go. They have the option of delivery through Deliveroo as well.

Best Sainsbury’s ever? This shop has everything. And so many deals. The staff were really nice and friendly.

Parking is a little bit tight, but I’m willing to ignore that as the store itself was awesome.

Lovely big store wide alses full shelves, the staff are lovely and freindly, great shop would recomend.
