Always decent experience. Great all rounder. Sometimes not enough staff and loads of empty tills with one long line to one manned till. The staff do great through and go the extra mile.

Good value for money. The only criticism: not enough staff on the tills. I and lots of other people had to queue for a long time.

They have good frozen products at a good price but I've noticed lately that the items inside the packaging is not to the same standard as used to be and an example of this is 4 4 mini take away pizza they use to cook nice had a good pizza filling on top my favourite cheese and ham but I think to sa e o the ost of Iceland buying these they have turned out no to be a very thin coating on top the pizza Dow now cooks and taste like a biscuits its a pity I won't be buying pizza from Iceland now sometime customers would prefer a small increase to keep a good item on the shelf bad move Iceland

Young chap on the tills needs a hygiene course, he was putting the produce through the tills with one hand and picking continuously at hls teeth or biting his nails with the other hand, disgusting.

Not alot of veggie/vegen stuff other then that it's Ok. Staff are always polite and on hand to help

Great variety , some bargains if you look. Staff friendly and efficient.

It's Iceland, not huge variety of ambient foods, but all essentials available. You're their for the frozen food, pricing keen, lots of offers. Better than aldi/lidl in some respects

Managed to get everything l need and the staff was very helpful l even got a home delivery,
