Tesco Express

Expensive prices and ridiculously rude staff. Disgusted with the behaviour I have witnessed by staff in this Tesco Express. Also a nice place to go if you want to meet shop lifters.

Great location, cashiers are friendly, but they have this one old security guard that make the shopping experience uncomfortable, he's always watching and following you, esp the black customers

My experience here was very bad, your employee Zainab made me feel very intimidated and also seemed like she was racially profiling me and was giving attitude to my friend for no reason. Her really poor customer service ruined my experience for me if I can even call it service at all.

An employee named Zainab was being very intimidating, we felt like we were being watched. She thought we were stealing. Very racist! Something has to be done about her

A great place to shop at anytime. The staff is friendly and the produce are of good quality

I had a very bad experience in the store today.
I paid for 2 milk and 2 juice via self checkout. Transaction was completed. However the evening security on today 29/05/21 stopped me illogically. He took my milk and Juice away and said I have not paid for my milk.
I showed him my Google Pay receipt. However he put the milk and juice and checked its price again.
He Could not find any varation on my payment. I believed his action was in appeopriative and caused me humiliation and inconvenience.
Thank you for the team leader who intervened appropriately.

Customers walking in without the mask right next to security guy. When I asked him why he doesn't enforce masks he said that some customers don't want to wear them.I will shop somewhere else from now on.

This store not deserve one star I was in queue and women came behind me push me and talked rude to me funny things one of employees didn’t say anything and say to me ok why this how they treat they customers from I will never go Tesco all my shopping from them but from never go there.
They employed don’t know how to talk .
