A great supermarket located just outside Wallingford with loads of products that’s all you will need for your domestic shopping needs.

Very friendly and helpful staffs and very efficient and fast moving at the tills.

Low price, good quality. Located in Wallington High Street. The parking area adjacent to Wallington Train station. Accessible to all public transport. Loads of fresh produce. Fresh bakery daily. The pastries to die for and the price unmatched 🙂. If you want bargain go to the middle aisle. I call it middle of Lidl. Every Thursday new stocks arrived. Quality products at reduced price. Highly recommended.

I wanted to buy indoor large plants that I had seen few days ago inidl Wallington. To my dismay, all were were dying due to lack of water as the soil was bone dry. I told the security and then the staff at self checkout but they said it isn't their job and they can dispose it all. They even made a joke of it. I am surprised by their attitude and sad that they are letting the plants die than water it. Just want to know if this is the way it works in all Lidl shops as if so, no plants should be kept in store just to let it die of dehydration.

Great products, but extremely rude staff. Requested the staff member looking after the self service checkout to correct the price of an item which I had scanned, but I was asked to talk to manager who was standing close by. So went to the manager and explained to him my problem, but to my surprise he was not even interested in talking to me. Upon insisting, he asked me to get the price tag and show it him. I said to him, look! how can you ask your customer to do something which is your job. But, that didn't help. Reluctantly, after arguing with him, i turned on voice recrding on my phone, but even that didn't make him move. What's more, as he was standing between two tills, he closed the barrier by force in anger, which hit me. That guy is a real terror and a danger to innocent customers. He should not be on the shop floor at all. I have got the voice recording and will upload to social media. The man was of Caribbean origin and the incident happend at around 8.50 pm on July 5th, 2022. I am sure cctv footage can be obtained.

Good range of meat and well priced, decent quality too. Self checkouts installed down the end makes it quicker to pass through for those with small baskets. The taste of the week section always had a few gems.

Good value, friendly staff. Pity it is closing from 8pm on 21st September until 16th Feb for renovation

Great value and prices.
Queues can be long for checkouts. Best to go either early morning and late evening.

Good range of products in stock and always really good discounts and deals as well.

I found everything very easily, well laid out and got what I needed, a great place to shop.
