Lidl

On Wednesday 2nd March I popped in to Lidl for my daily shopping and saw the indian woman who works there, using her dirty feet to kick in the empty brown bakery bags because she couldn't be bothered to use her hands to push them in. Children, families and adults will touch these bags to buy from the bakery. Clearly this staff member DOES NOT CARE about HYGIENE. Please be careful using the brown bakery bags or avoid using them where possible.

This branch was not good, customer service was not good and there was a large array of products and a lot of them were not in bulk.

Some Staff were also really friendly. They definitely knew what they were doing and what they were talking about, and you can tell making the customers happy is their main priority. As I said before the array of products is not the best, some of the classics and some twists, and for their prices it's not really worth it, but I can slide.

Bakery, bakery, bakery

Come in the morning for the freshest, cheapest, most fast selling bakery in the bi’ness!

Yeah they have other good stuff too, like the diy section, but a lot of people come here just for the bakery

This store is in the pedestrianised zone of Ilford so is easily accessible for shoppers who are walking around but less convenient for those wanting to do a full household shop as it means carrying your shopping around or making your way to the nearest carpark. It has all the Lidl amenities and can get busy.

Always great for groceries and other things like electronics, gadgets etc

Messy, rotten fruit in the selves, meat gone off in the fridges.
Too crowded with very narrow aisles.
Products disappeared for weeks before getting back.
Middle of Lidl is just all over the place, boxes open, things out of place... Not a nice shopping experience and prices are getting higher and higher although in some cases, instead of rising prices you get smaller products.

Value for money. Goods sold out so quick, most often you don't find what you need.
Shelves aren't updated enough.

The BLONDE LADY AT SELF CHECKOUT TODAY !! asking pay for bag witch is fine ! But she done rudest way possible! !! How cheap u can be !! What a low level people such a bad employee disgusting behavior today at 8 am in morning so mean and rude unbelievable! She asked me if I can see a bag on receipt! Who are you to talk like this !???Obviously I don’t have my glasses i bought to many items! Jezz! She took receipt from my hand and said “Well I can’t “ then she took me to counter to pay ! witch is fine 30 p ! That’s why I am being harassed !! She been harassing me on the self check out ! Embarrassing me in front of partner ! She gave me an anxiety! I will take complain further! This people should never work in such a big brands company! she was extremely rudeee !!! I am shocked!! she is harassing for the bag of 30 p! how cheap !So rude woman !! Please take action against her !
