Great staff here, nice community feel to it. It has the usual good selection of Sainsburys Local items including St Helen's goats milk which is one of those 'unusual' items that I'm grateful they stock.

Everything I've bought from here is as described and works/tastes well. Some of the meat is not great quality and the occasional thing doesn't really taste nice but apart from that it's a pretty good shop with a good choice of food etc. The staff are usually friendly and helpful.

Shop alarm goes off at night waking up the residents nearby most nights the last 2-3 weeks and still not resolved, shocking.

This shop is ridiculous, I live next door and I have come every day since it’s opened, I’m 44 years old and almost got refused cigarettes as I couldn’t find my drivers license, luckily I found it, I am clearly not 15! Then as my friend in the end didn’t smoke them I went to return them, the lady said as long as I can show the payment on my phone I can get a refund, so I go all the way back up to my flat, got them, went back to the shop then she refused??? What a waste of my time, terrible customer service! And stop asking for ID when I’m there every day and I’m clearly in my 40’s!

I live in the development next door and used to visit daily. I’ve twice had staff chase after me and accuse me of stealing when I’ve left after browsing and not finding what I was looking for. I’m in my 30s and they ID me for red bull every time. It’s meant to be a precaution for children aged under 16 and I certainly don’t look 15. Eventually got sick of it and go to the corner shop instead.

Nice clean and open local. The exceptional friendly service from Tim behind the counter is a breath of fresh air. I've only been a few times because I'm just passing through but I sure wish we had that store near me.

if i could give zero stars, i would. this is the worst sainsbury's store i have ever come across. 90% of the staff never do anything, and when you ask them to check an item in storage, they refuse even though many times they do have it. They are the rudest set of staff I have ever seen and do not like to do their job efficiently. They do not care about their clients and are beyond arrogant. It's a shame that the old team is no longer here because they were friendly and actually did their job.
