Good place for shopping of grocery . Lots of variety. But the staff which is near the online payment machine is very very rude. Not polite and speak very rudely. I am very disappointed with his behaviour. Very bad experience this time.

Today I wanted to return the goods.
The gentleman on the self-service checkout referred me to the checkout with service
The lady sitting at the cash register said that I had to stand in line and wait for my turn I asked for the manager but she did not do it I am very disappointed with the employees who treated me like this (wait for my turn, I'm here)
I am a regular customer but such treatment is very bad
The shift manager was also reluctant to make a turn where it took 2 minutes
Everyone is advised to do shopping in this store, I will personally shop in another store of your company, rating is 0

Good but very busy unless you go very early or late.

One of the busiest supermarkets in Ilford. Always have a long queue.

Decent products and prices. Some of their staff at the bakery are not very helpful.

Great selection of competitively priced fruit and vegetables with weekly deals for many items that are in season. The store has almost exclusively reverted to self-service payment tills however not all are in service hence leading to a queue at busy times. Having perhaps an extra member of staff on hand to help at these times would be extremely useful and reduce waiting times.

It so busy I only been there once so many people in the shop i only was able to find one item that I wanted.

Went to self tills and scan my item and then a security or staff ask if I paid as I was going a different way out as to many people so they as if I paid I show my receipt and I got out.
