Sainsbury's Superstore located in Wandsworth is and will always be my absolute favourite supermarket in the UK.
I got to know it back in April 2016 when I came to London as a tourist for the very first time. It was upon a friend's recommendation.
It was love at first sight.
Huge store, well furnished and GREAT PRICES
So many different products, so many different food, brands, options.
Me and my mom stayed more than two hours inside the supermarket, to truly take it in
And of course we brought back to our country a lot of things, especially spices, biscuits, teas and spreads. And a couple of spirits
The fresh food they make is delicious, my favourite are the sushi (the spicy tuna rolls) and the bbq glazed chicken wings. Mouthwatering.
On the first floor there's a big clothes section, we bought home a lot of clothes from there, the pajamas are really great, and the price is good.
If I go to London and don't come to this specific Sainsbury's then my London experience is not complete.
This is one of my favourite tourist attractions, no joke, I love it

Variety Variety Variety. Lots of out here. Nice big supermarket with an Argos, great variety of food and household goods. Is big for a Sainsbury's. Staff were polite. Good Halal offering for those who want it.
Plenty of parking spaces. Cheap parking that is refunded if you shop at Sainsbury's.
Caution though: the toilets are dated, filthy and only use of you must.

Popped into store today to exchange a product. Hillary was amazing, I did not have a receipt just my bank statement and she made the exchange so easy and quick. A real credit to your company 5 🌟

Staff very helpful, although the dog food aisle needs a lot of improvement, located in the back corner next to the tin foil and bin bags, the department has a small selection in comparison to the stores huge size. Couldn’t find what I wanted, no order everything muddled up and only bakers and Sainsbury’s own brand dog treats available.
Please take a leaf out of Sainsbury’s Nine Elms.

Reviews speak for themselves.

Lock the doors early as they want to go home. I get that, have worked in retail; nothing you want more than everyone to get lost so you can lock up and go home.

In return get that a customer might want to grab something and will be out by 9pm - is that unreasonable?

Manager would've shot us if we'd closed doors early let alone not run an order through if people were on a checkout and time had just ticked past - that's money out of everyone's pocket - was only on a Sunday wouldn't he let us run an order through post closing time.

It feels here they're about their own needs vs. yours; more often than not and for that reason I'll head to the Tesco express 2 mins away on the direction home.

That's why you lag behind everyone else Sainsbury's.. terrible management top down

Sainsbury's on Garrett lane is a good store, it's clean and well stocked. Friendly staff that help, produce is fresh and good, nice choice of meats as well. There are reduced items in limited supply around the store. The prices are average with some good deals. Sadly they are reducing the cheaper brands, Hubbard, as I have noticed that around half of them are gone in the last 6 months. Honestly ASDA is doing the best on this. Being disabled and on limited funds I now split between the two stores. Sainsbury's should keep in mind that not everyone can afford the higher price. Overall it is a good store.

Horrible horrible place of work. Colleagues are treated like slaves. I know someone who is struggling in their role right now; no breaks are taken due to pressure of workload and understaffed departments. 4s managers having to work 12-15 hours a day on average sand still get under appreciated, threatened( of loosing their jobs) and can never seem to make senior managers happy. Working here at a manager level means sacrificing your personal time and potential loosing loved ones and self sanity as a result. The senior management need better leadership and team rapport skills.
