Went in store, was burgers on the shelf that were a week out of date, told a member of staff, he told me someone would sort it, this could make someone seriously ill, staff often watch you shop, so can make your shopping experience uncomfortable, when I was leaving a member of staff was watching every item that I was putting in my bag, felt like a thief!, don’t have this problem in the Orpington branch or out of date food.

Went to this store and had a basket full of shopping ,there wasnt anyone on the tills so I asked an employee if there was someone to serve me and was told no it was only self service! So I left the basket there , when are they going to learn that not everyone wants to or are able to use self service tills

Have used this store often since it opened but recently have noticed the lack of staff on the tills. I had a full trolley of goods. My experience at self service till today was not pleasant. Pay more for goods and serve yourself with lots of items missing or low stock……..just put staff on tills to serve us please!!!!

Rude staff packing shelves or walking around in the store blocking customers paths without saying sorry.

P.S. the staff, English gentleman at the self-checkout was very nice.

Love it, big aisles, space to actually look and choose, wide range of food and options and it's all really well presented and clean. Bakery smells amazing and theres usually plenty of seasonal items for whatever time of year

I've read some of the negative reviews from the past twelve months - few that they are, as it seems. My experiences of shopping in this store have been nothing short of excellent. Staff are polite; choice is very reasonable, given its size. Very rarely have I seen unfilled shelves. I've shopped in larger stores stocking less items on a Monday morning. And to top all this you have free parking.

Terrible service from a very ignorant and uncaring member of the store called Deborah. This afternoon I was shopping with my new granddaughter in her pushchair. I walked past a trolly of reduced goods, all labelled with reduced stickers. I picked one up. Deborah said I can’t purchase until they are out on the shelf. I put the item back on the trolly. I walked away not even two steps. As I turned around Deborah put them on the shelf where we were standing. I turned back and asked her where was her customer service. She had a lack of compassion and a bad attitude. No focus on the customer. I have worked in retail as a store manager for many years, this is not the service I would tolerate my team to be giving.

Wonderful staff doing everything they can to help customers in difficult times. If only all Marks and Spencer staff could emulate their colleagues in Prospect Place store. Well done and thank you to all staff.
