Waited at the customer service desk (which was unattended) for 5 minutes until a member of staff mooched over. He went behind the desk, pressed some buttons on the till and he then said to me "yes bro" without looking up from the till. I told him I had an online currency order to collect, he muttered something then walked off. He came back with another member of staff who asked to see my ID. I got my ID out and the person serving me immediately turned round to serve someone else. Once he'd finished serving the push in, he said he'd go get my currency. 20 minutes later he reappeared and said it hasn't arrived in store yet. I contacted Tesco bank who said that the currency is in the store and has been available to collect since 3pm yesterday (23 hours ago). As I was leaving the store another customer was speaking to his friend and said "they're all lazy c***s in this store, worse tesco ever". I couldn't of summed up the attitude of the store staff better myself.

Don't bother collecting a parcel from here. Apparently the staff are too thick to understand an email and their own internal systems. Showed the two staff members the collection emails, and they lied and said that the parcels are sent back if it takes longer than 10 days to collect. Lazy ignorant workers.

Absolute third grade tesco express near Edgware Road! Is it really a Tesco Express?? This is not what I expected from a brand like Tesco. Just find my experience below, and take a note like a baby to follow if you go there, otherwise be prepared for insult.
I have purchased few snacks one day before yesterday around 7 in the morning from it.
I used consume few from it. Just because of few medical conditions, i am not in position to consume all of that. I went to the front desk to return the unused products to return them. And they were like so arrogantly asked for receipt or else they would not do the needful. I said them that i have my bank statement as proof of purchase. All my stuff which I bought and went for return, more than half of them are tesco made.
I am feeling irritated even while writing all this, i spend more than 10 minutes there to explain and Mr. Terrence was stick to his own made decision.
Then i called customer support as well for some resolution. They also wasted another approximately 15+ minutes.
I really feel helpless. I would never go to Tesco in my life time. I know that Tesco is not interested in providing any solution only because they don’t value their loyal customer.
Tesco will lose its loyal customer just because of £10 approximate and a pathetic customer service.
Good bye Tesco. Hello Lidl.

A medium store but with all the usual Tesco bargains. Very well stocked for a medium sized store.

Very filthy and dirty store. I was there last week and saw extreme rudeness of staff and lack of basic hygiene in store. Food is expired and displayed for sale. No customer service and people at the till as interogative and racist questions on place of birth etc... No single cash till so make sure your card works..very rude and most other customers tourist without masks.
Average wait time 30 mins or more and the staff would make sure you spend there even longer by trying to question you and intimidate. One staff member insisted on sharing mobile phone and asked for a date in front off others. Very low level unprofessional service.Staff not wearing mask and not showered for days. Very bad vibe and smell of sweat of the staff dirty shelves and windows rubbish on the floor..do not go there if you dont have to. Not a typical tesco standard and surprised public health doesnt intervene yet to check such stores in the area.

Absolutely Fantastic, great staff, great service, the staff is very helpful, and very polite specially a young men called Mohamed he is extremely professional, attentive, and always has a smile at the end . Thank you so much to him for finding my bank card and keeping it safe ,I am forever grateful.

Reasonable range of products. Slightly bigger than some other Express stores. Some staff are friendly but service on tills is slow. Opens late.
