Shop has good stock. Staff usually friendly though today nigerian lady Staff who behaves as if she owns the shop likes to choose who she wants to be friendly to and who she wants to be not so friendly to. Good Customer service should be for all customers and not just for some.

it is nice local store to buy frozen food items and also other groceries required for the daily use ,
been there many times and almost got what need every time
only the management in some shelfing areas needs attention as things not places properly some time and no body looking after that after morning

Very poor customer service. Security was very rude not helpful at all. People went without paying in front if his eyes and he didn't notice! When it was time for us to pay he was watching thinking we might do the same. He was hurrying me seeing that I was with my kids. He didn't want to help me with the self check out and raise his voice at me. I'm wondering if I could right a formal complaint for his actions.

Iceland fish was ok 3 packets for 10 pounds other products are getting expensive. Frozen food not too bad, but fruit and bread are expensive.

A shop for the people, run by people who open daily to attract and serve the masses. You can see it on the faces of people who shop here in droves, selecting groceries to last weekdays and weekends. Frost is a preservative, afterall. Cost matters here and the lower, the better! Lord, it is pleasant to be meek and humble.., afterall, it is the meek who shall inherit the Earth, and even the richest confess to humble beginnings.
