This was my first time going to this place to collect a parcel and I honestly experienced the worst customer service I've ever had. Reading other recent views, I have had the same exact experience. I collected a parcel 4 days later from when it arrived as I was in hospital, and the (I assume shop owner) was so rude to me, demanding that I never collect the parcel up late again. I completely understand that he does not want to store a load of parcels but that is a service that the shop has chosen to do.
He literally spoke to me like dirt when I was just trying to being friendly. If he is so miserable for people to send/collect parcels he should really consider to stop the collection service from his store...

I am an Auto electrician and frequently order the car parts from ebay and amazon, some time i lost my parcels when i am not at home, since i am using Orange market as an alternative address, never lost my parcel anymore, also they have a huge variety of groceries friuts and veggies and there are always something on offer even cheaper than the ASDA next to it. Great Service, Very helpful and friendly staff, will definately use the service and recommend to others.. Thanks Adeem

TERRIBLE!!! Never again sending my parcel to this store, very rude. Absolutely horrible experience. I put one star, because there was no zero stars. But even one star is way too much for this guy.

Thieve. Trying to steal parcel and Sat's they didn't arrive e or the post man forgot it jn his van. Dven with delivery proof and signature he still refuses to give it to you.

Saw vegetables filled with fungus here and when told the cashier about it he reacted in a weird way seems he already knew. And in fact recommended me to buy those

I went to post a parcel here & the man at the till was very nice & helpful. But there's a little Sri lankan boy there who yanked my parcel out of my hand, rather violently & it made me feel very uncomfortable. So avoid him
