Little Waitrose & Partners Kensington Gardens

Needed some antacids in the early morning on Feb 15, 2020. Shop was locked but was able to purchase a box through the shop attendant window for £2.45. it was 4 AM and I was very happy, as the 24 hour Tesco express was closed down the street.

Excellent experience at this Little Waitrose - this gentleman Marion went out of his way to assist with my online return of a John Lewis item.
The service here is certainly better than the Waitrose on Porchester Road (which is 10x bigger) - shockingly, JL online returns service is non-existent!

I traveled for 15 minutes with the bike to come here, because it was listed as open 24 hours. Apparently, you can't get inside and choose what you want at night. Now I need to find another shop...

Hidden secret but great for quick in and out. Obviously limited stock and a bit disappointed that prices seem to be higher than directly owned Waitrose stores

the security guard (some bad words). The shadowing he is doing is extremely annoying considering he always stays in your view ,next time I'll ask him to hold my products if he got nothing better to do ,

Useful city centre convenience store in a fuel station, stocking a good range of products, despite being small.
