Iceland Supermarket Hounslow

I was not a fan of the old Hounslow store because it was way too small and shopping was like being in traffic jams! But the new Icelands located at the other end of the High Street... is fab! The store is much bigger, brighter, well laid out... more brands on sale and more choice. I did go early morning but would hope it is now big enough to cater for the demand.

Good experience for the first time shopping. This looks like newly launched store in Hounslow high street next to the market place. This is so similar to ice land. Price matching is very close. The best part is about the timings, they are open until 11 pm!! That’s an 😃

Small store yet good variety of food items at great price deals.

Small aisle space, but yet haven't found it crowded at all.

This store has newly opened in April 2022 and is in place of the earlier Iceland store. Has most food products available juat like the previous store in place. Staff is quiet helpful. On our first visit they had certain coupon offers which we didn't know of, a staff came volunteerily at our check out and offered us a suitable coupon.

Swift has replaced the Iceland store but stocks Iceland and Co-Op foods. Prices are competitive with these and the bigger stores. The lady assisting at the self service tills was extremely helpful, telling everyone about the Tuesday 10% discount for pensioners. She was also patient and polite when I had problems with my bank card. I will definitely shop here again when in the area.

The store was good but they suddenly increased unbelievable prices!!!
The whole chicken was 3.5 one week before but suddenly it became 5.25 which is frustrating!!
I stick with ASDA now for sure
I know there is inflation but doubling the prices is ridiculous 😤

Very unprofessional staff who doesn't even know what to do if their ticket pricing is wrong

Most of the staff working in swift here are not helpful and rude when you ask them something. There was asian lady whom I asked about the product and she started asking me questions back and replied Rudely if you don't know yourself what it means how I am suppose to know and laughing on your face. I humbly request the management to give them some classes how to behave with the customers and not laugh over the customers. This is not the first I have gone through this situation.
There was another incident where one of the staff was yelling at a vulnerable lady.

Plenty variety of food but lacks parking facility to bulk buy.
