Horrible experience this morning I had...
Queuing as I should to the one only staffed till, as it’s getting busy cashier is calling his colleague to assist another till. Lady comes behind the behind and says next! I’m approaching the far end till while she’s preparing some food for the short while, I’m waiting patiently without asking if she will serve me. Then suddenly she is at the middle till and does not want to hear my explanation that I have been queuing with everyone and by the time is serving someone else!
It’s a usual story actually. People either jump the queue or get knocked out like me. The stuff does not control the customers and it’s sometimes creating arguments between the clients who should be served next. I’ve had it few times in HENDON M&S.
Sorry Joe but I had been in the original lane and thanks to you I’ll not be stopping to get the Wild Beens anymore :-/

Went there at 10.43pm (shuts at 11pm) and the store was already closed.
