Tesco Esso Express

Runs an Evri service but doesn’t accept parcel? Bit stupid to offer a service and not follow through! Puts a lot of customers at an inconvenience as it is advertised. It’s actually just one girl that will not accept the parcels with short hair. Veryyyyy frustrating especially with her bad attitude

I want to inform you about Tesco express Balham high road London sw17 7bq, that’s store opening times 24/7, but every week 1 or 2 nights that’s store closed nights times please take serious action about this complain, thanks,

This is a 24/7 store. lately it seems to be closing early. This happened more than few times a month saying technical issues. And its getting worse.

Its new set of employees. But it looks like they don't know what they are doing. They charged me twice.

When i informed them of this mistake. They Just staring at me and making faces, like it was my fault. And they refunded me less.

The store manager was like if u wait i will calculate again. I just said it ok. No sorry nothing 😕

Why does technical issue occur only around 10pm everytime? I have not seen technical issue occuring in the morning 🌄 or afternoon at this store.

I live like few minutes always from the store so I'm a regular customer. I see a partner. This store is very busy as its also petrol ⛽ Station.
I use this store like almost every day.

This needs to be investigated as they keep closing the shop early and saying technical issue. .

Listed on Evri as being a drop-off point yet when I tried to do so, they said they had no space to take the package. Tesco - don’t agree to provide a service if you don’t have sufficient space for storage.

If only I could give zero stars!!!

The Manager of this store (issac) needs URGENT re-training!!

Item advertised as £1.50 with clubcard, wanted to charge me £1.65 with clubcard!

Even though there are huge posters around the store that say £1.50 (see photo attached).

He was very rude to me and to his staff.

When I asked another staff member to have a look at the £1.50 poster with me, the staff member the told the manager (issac) to honour the price.

issac was very rude to his staff member saying to his staff member "are you the manager?", raising his voice and making a scene as other customers stopped to see what is going on!!

issac then proceeded on a power trip!!

I will not be shopping at Tesco again when store managers cannot act professional, follow their simple codes of conduct and policies, and treat paying customers with respect!

Think I'll stick to other shops that won't make me feel harassed and distressed!

They never have stock of anything. The drop off for parcel is either not available cause their machine doesn't work or its full so you have to come back. So you bother coming all the way to them for nothing. Avoid

A typical petrol station with a good Tesco shop.

No doubt, Tesco have managed to pack in a significant amount of produce fresh, chilled and frozen.

Apart from fuel for your motor vehicles, there's also water and air available for those who might need it.

You can park your car after having filled with petrol and go and enjoy your shopping if that is what you need to do.

If you need coffee, of course Costa coffee machines is available.

If you need to take out some cash, on the outside there is a ATM.

You can pick up some newspapers or cards for various occasions.

There is also an excellent bakery.

There is a lot of fresh produce and every now and then before the sell-by date.
