Iceland Supermarket Hounslow

A special review for MS. LISA ill mannered women who has no sensibility to resolve customers issues. She forced me to accept a torn note with reason she said “ if a machine has given a torn note so probably it has accepted it so if a machine has accepted that note so everyone will accept it” later I refused to accept it so she said “so you better wait till some customer comes to the big counter we can’t open it so you better wait” when I told her if no one comes she said “ then we can’t help you to change the not given by the Iceland machine” Iceland you need a better staff. Lisa you need training sweetheart. The way you work will put you in trouble soon.

This store has a big problem with dates on there dry food products, many times I have been in this store and have found products specifically crisps, cakes and yogurts with shorter dates mostly expired behind ones with longer dates. Today I found crisps dated 13th August which is unbelievable those stupid staff don't know first in first out, also today the woman on the till was pressuring me to get delivery saying its free telling me twice even though i told her no twice so rude and aggresive. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR DATES WHEN SHOPPING IN ICELAND

They had crisps advertised £1.50,two bags for £1.50,so I questioned was that the correct price, the staff hadn't a clue what I was asking, and told me to take them to the checkout.

0 costumer service in store and home delivery disgusting! I had delivery driver screaming at me to help him carry my delivery from gate to door! He ring the manager in front of me to ask him not to deliver to my address anymore! So rude and aggressive. All the time drivers ask me to not do big delivery, to do few deliveries so the don’t have to bring a lot at once! I asked about this in the shop and manager said same thing, so manager works for employees not for company! He doesn’t care about selling! Very disappointed! Ill move to ASDA!

Softener leaked during delivery on itself and some items. These things happen. Wasn’t impressed by the drivers reaction, he expected me to still accept it. He ended up taking it and said I had to phone the store it came from to deal with it. Tesco & Asda have NEVER asked me to do that myself. When I phoned, the guy sounded half asleep with mumbling slurred speech and said they not allowed to refund and they will be re delivered ‘at some point’. All round not particularly impressed really.
