Very friendly

The rudest person I've ever come across.
Came in to use the yodel service and grab some bits for dinner, (because yknow, support small businesses etc).
Shop was empty with him and two other guys sat on the refrigerator section.
I had a slight problem with getting a label, which I managed to find and apologised re: finding it.
He then went on to complain (in his mother tongue) about how he hated people coming in using the service and it wasted his time, then about how someone else he knew was no longer doing day travel cards etc), then turned to me and told me the same and how I was wasting his time and not buying anything in store. He was incredibly aggressive and shouting, which I told him was making me uncomfortable and to not speak to me like that. He proceeded to say "How am I aggressive when I'm smiling?" Well sir, I can still smile and call you a c**t at the same time can't I? Doesn't mean it's nice. 😂.
I walked out and bought my items for dinner at the co-op instead.
Basically if you want to be shouted at and told you're wasting someone's time in an empty shop, then this is the place for you.

Disgusting shop, extremely rude owner.

I've come here on 2 occasions to send a yodel parcel, on the 2nd time the owner starts to tell me if I want to use Yodel service I have to buy something and that I can't use this service for free. I explained that I never knew that was a condition of using Yodel service (which it's not) and next time I will bring my card with me to buy something. He gets angry and tells me next time I come to post a parcel he will not serve me as I have come twice and not bought anything. He continues to verbally abuse me until I walk out the door.

Am really shaken by this experience and unfortunately will never be back :(
