I use this for all my drop offs and never had a problem. At first when I first came here the workers didn't speak much to me. Bit overtime they've shown they are friendly, honest and helpful. Only thing I can say is I see a lot of aggressive people come into the shop and workers have to be on guard. This is my main drop off store. And long will it continue. 5 star service

It also is a great convenience shop, with a wide variety of items to pick from. Lots of space.

Very Rude! Amazon says they do return packages! but they even don't know themselves!

I want to advise people who top up oyster cards here to check that it has indeed been topped up correctly.
Unfortunately an though I paid via card for two weekly cards they took the money but failed to credit the oyster card and then they denied it’s there mistake.

Very rude and unhelpful. UPS said, I should not close the parcel, because the shop needs to put a form in. So I asked him, if he has a small piece of tape for me to close the parcel. Answer: "We're not a packaging service".

They do not offer a packageless parcel service as stated on Amazon or Hermes. Avoid unless you want to pay for your own packaging materials in store !

Really inconsistent opening hours and is closed randomly. Totally useless for the Hermes parcel service

Supposed to be open at 8 am as a ups collection point but still locked up at 8:15
