Picked up a multi pack of crisp whilst two workers were what looked like re stocking or labelling the area - for the lady to turn around and say to her colleague “I’m here for no reason” as I took an item off the shelf like I had annoyed her for doing so. Not the first time people who work here have been rude to me before. Terrible unprofessional service. Sad to say as I am a regular customer for over 15 years!

An unbelievable experience with this place. Literally grabbed a 89p watermelon shopping bag to self checkout thought to pay it with all the other items, one African counter lady saw me and chased all the way down, told the security that I snatched a bag even before she spoke to me. And accused me loudly in front all the other customers if I snatched a bag or not and I literally just scanned it…. Couldn’t you see with your own eyes? Or should I INFORM you when I grabbed the bag? That’s so very embarrassing. What kind of service is this? The product is on the customers side, are we not allowed to grab it ourselves and pay for it? Then why you don’t have a sign for that or what’s the point of the self checkout if you can’t even trust your customers with just a 89p bag? Are you gonna accuse everyone who grab anything from the store to pay in self checkout that they SNATCHED the products? This is ridiculous and way beyond understanding. The staff needs some proper trainings.

Was going to give it two but then because of rude service dropped it one. Went in at lunch time 12:30 and thought I would check out the food kitchens. The one I would have definitely fine to was closed, the vegan one. A couple of others were closed so I though I would check the food to go. Waste of time, boring, mundane offerings. But I picked up a plant based wrap with water and proceeded to the self service tills as I was not queuing at the one manned till at the counter. Oh, ALL the self service tills were closed, of course why would they be open at lunch time, the busy period for food to go. I suppose the self service tills were on break and popped over to the spoon pub for some decent grub. Well into the queue I went. One man serving and dealing with a lot of meal deals, people wanting cigarettes and lottery. However when someone did ask for a lottery he walked back to a closed till and pointed to a sign reading no lottery today as the machine was not working. That too probably went to the spoon for a spot of lunch. He did not say a thing to them, just rudely pointed as if to say " you should have read that and not asked me the question ". Well eventually I got to the front and he rung up my meal deal to go lunch (Not really a deal though is it). I gave him £5 and said thanks, he gave me £1.50 without a bye nor leave, not a word spoken. Sorry Morrison's this service is appalling and just makes people anti you.

Like the shop, it can be very busy, but my experience is being ruined by a very unprofessional security guard who is working there. He is a tall thin looking male, who always wears a hat, I have seen him aggressively speaking to other Morrisons workers at the tills, for some reason he follows me everytime I always go in, and makes me feel very uncomfortable, if I see this guy I will avoid your store unfortunately
Edit: toilets are always closed! Why?

I'm normally not a shopper here but as other supermarkets have increased their nappy prices, this was the cheapest and I ended up doing my groceries too. Truth is, quality and prices are really good and I've been back trice since first visit and will definitely keep going.

A recent refurbishment has seen the addition of a food hall at the main entrance. Lots of vendors serving hot meals. There is also space to sit down to eat your meals. There is plenty of parking on 3 levels with 2 hours free parking.
There is a separate florist section at the entrance to the store which has a good selection of flowers and plants. Very good location on Wood Green high St close to the shopping village and mall.

It’s easy to access and has a large car park both up stairs and downstairs which is nice. Although, because of inflation, prices have gone up a bit but it’s not a large problem. It’s great for anything you need in the kitchen or anywhere else.

We do most of our weekly food shopping here. It's almost always busy, but you get through the tills quick enough.
They have now opened a new area called Kitchen Market. It is a part of the main entrance. This is the only one in the Country. There is a very wide selection of hot food for take away. Pizza, pasta, vegaterian, fish n chips and full all day English. There is some seating area.
Definitely worth a visit, or two.
