Iceland Supermarket Hayes

I bought 2 boxes of 🍓(strawberries), on 6th of june ,I was shocked when I opened one of them due to expire on or best before 8th June was rotten and has bad smell,when I took it back to the store,the supervisor just replaced it to me ,I came all the way from uxbridge,he didn't bother to give me kind of compensation.

Staff are always helpful and willing to help. I had only come in for the bread - which tastes absolutely great by the way. I'd recommend also for vegan selections - if you're lucky there might be multi-buy deals (top tip).

It's ok (nothing special) sometimes there might be someone nice on the tills (or guarding) after all people aren't robots are they??
Iceland's saving grace (for me) is that it's the "pound land of supermarkets" plus they do home delivery in certain nearby areas free of charge-that is very handy

Is perfect for people who don't have time or don't want to prepare their dishes. There you can buy a ready plate with different cuisine.

Ideal for 10% offer Tuesdays for over 60s. Generally it's a nice place for food shop and close to home for me. But lately on a weekday 1 till is open and rest have to self service. Ques become long and manic. Staff are becoming moody and not happy

It is a decent shop with a lot of things that you would use for cooking at home and it is located near a bus stop if you want to get on a bus so I would recommend it.

The shelf price tags are always out of date. I ended up paying more than I thought I would. Good range of food items otherwise.
