Sainsbury's Local

Much better than the nearby Tesco Local. A couple of the staff members are particularly pleasant (especially the middle-aged blonde lady whose name I do not know (sorry!)). My only real bother with here is that they keep rotating round the items they stock, so a few of the bits I quite liked are no longer available. The parking is also terrible. Clearly the local council was taking its latest bung (Hounslow under Steve Curran's leadership) as some of the bays require you to reverse out onto a main road, with a blind bend just a few yards up. I kid you not. It's so so dangerous. And today I saw the delivery lorry having to do the same manoeuvre!! That was interesting.

Website says opening hours on Monday are 7am- 11pm opening hours front of the store says 7am-11pm. !!!
I was turned away at 10.57pm. I was told by duty manager store is closed and money from tills have been put away ..
Surely this is wrong . I wonder what time the tills were put away .l would have thought the entrance doors should be closed at 11pm..
Bring back corners shops !!!! This is not the first time l have been disappointed. This will be last time as l will not go back !!!

I visited the branch on Sutton Road In Heston on 23/1/2020. I was hoping to get a cup of tea as I had a very bad headache but there was only a Costa coffee machine I store
I asked a member of staff about tea and he informed me the machine didn’t have it but he could make me a cup from the staff canteen.
Now that’s customer service. !!
The gentleman’s name was ADDI and he was extremely polite and helpful. Wish more places had staff like this ...👍🏼👍🏼 This guy needs to be praised by his manager ....

6 pint blue and 6 green milk back in store .. with a really good selection of vegetarian and vegan range. Full frozen selection and beers wines and spirits . Good store to pick up all that you need with great prices and promotion

Very quiet today when I went in. Limited stock as it's only a v. small shop but you can get enough shopping to tide you over

Very convenient for local residents and I wish they can extend more variety of Asian foods.

I bought some rice and salt. I like making salted rice. It tasted very nice.
