Me and my family have been shopping here since the last 9-10 years but since last year, we always see empty shelves and things are always out of stock or at least on out in the shelves. This is the case during morning, afternoon, evening or night time. The bad service is accompanied by increased prices on products, fruits and vegetables. Someone should take notice and revert the way the store use to be. The accompanied pictures were taken at 6pm.

Constantly out of stock of basics then hides it by rearranging the shelves to make them look full. Really frustrating when you're looking for an item . Just own up to the fact that you're poor at inventory management and stop hiding it. It makes it worse as you think they don't sell an item and spend ages looking for it.

There is a guy who looks after the baskets in the car park. He is called Emanuel. He is absolutely wonderful. He is so helpful. He is always smiling and as soon as he sees anyone going to their car with a shopping trolley he always comes over lifts the shopping in the car and takes away the shopping trolley. He deserves recognition and I hope he gets it. Well done Emanuel

My go-to supermarket. Great choice and prices. Staff are always helpful and cashiers very friendly. Meat and fish very competitively prices and great quality. Even mini garden- centre in the summer offers good quality plants and consumables.

There's is always parking available, they have a hand car wash too. Staff are helpful. Great to have a big store around hatch end..

Very large and feels very old fashioned. Quite hard to navigate if you're not a regular customer and I had a dodgy self-service checkout.😜

I must admit I do not shop regularly in this store. But whenever I do there are always offers in store. Not to mention tasty baked treats from their bakery. Is worth a visit for that top up shop.

I picked up a magic bag today from this store. It was trash. Most of the items were past their use by date. Therefore, instead of saving food that would have gone in the bin. I paid to do it myself.

I had a very bad experience today i went to return something which was faulty lady at the counter was shouting at me and screaming go home go home don’t come back here i must say the manager was so helpful and kind but that lady kept on shouting she just wanted to ignore me and get rid of the situation she just wanted me to leave without even knowing the issue i mean come on we spend alot of money every week there for our groceries u can’t behave like this all the store was looking at her and she didn’t even stop shouting is this how they trained her to behave with customers.
