Absolutely horrific service! I came to the store to send off my parcel via Hermes. When I arrived to the store, the cashier told me I was unable to send my parcel because the machine was turned off. When I asked him why it was turned off, he made some stupid excuse that it turns off by itself at 8pm. This wasn't the case as other hermes parcelshops accept parcels till they close. The cashier started getting aggressive as well. Will definitely not be visiting this store again!! Avoid this store if you want to use hermes, or even to do anything else!!

Plenty of different things in shop, so that's big plus. Only Ne minus is time on the till, sometimes it take long time

Worst place to visit ever. Person behind the till is very rude and unprofessional really. He is always too busy using his mobile phone. This place is must be avoided if you want to use Hermes parcel service. Cashier decided not to give service giving stupid reasons for not serving after 8pm .
I’m not surprised, why they don’t have customers to serve at all time. Obviously, the one to be avoided. If there was a option here I wouldn’t have given them a single star.
Untrained staff with horrific attitude 😡😡😡

Not a very nice place, quite dangerous actually their was a guy in the corner of the shop that looked like his about to snatch kids very psychotic look, the staff in the shop were rude says machine isn’t working for me to return Hermes but still serving customers????!

Nice place to shop, it has all the household commodity plus fruit and vegetables that I like in one place and the staff are friendly.

Terrible customer service. Doesn't offer no help with Hermes drop off nor use a professional manner in store. Avoid going to this store! Lots of other customers seem to have the same issue. They should be banned from having a Hermes drop-off service.

Staff are lazy, awkward and stroppy. Sent a Hermes parcel from here and they tried to say I was doing it wrong so I had to show them the email to show them how to do their job. Never again for me.
