Sainsbury's

I have always enjoyed shopping at Sainsbury's due to the quality of food which never fails me. I do find it disappointing to the layout now Argos has been added. Often and not I find myself dodging people in aisles following collecting their chosen items.

Unfortunately this is a tired looking store from both the outside and inside. The products though are standard Sainsbury's. It has its own extremely large car park which appears to never full. There's also a Sainsbury's petrol station on site.

I find it difficult to understand why there at a lot of checkouts and people waiting and 1 young lady in charge of all the self service tills that needed a lot of attention by most of the self service tills I understand the staffed checkouts are being phased out and more self service tills being installed. I think Sainsbury's should think very carefully about this and ask customers. Especially now.

Probably the nastiest Sainsbury's in the country. Many of the older staff do their upmost to make shoppers feel unwelcome: overheard recently, an elderly frail lady who said she had a heart condition and asked a checkout supervisor if she would get an item off a shelf for her, supervisor refused saying she was too busy. Lady stated she would have used the mobility cart provided but it was always located as far from the entrance as possible and no one would ever get it for her. This is one of many stories I have heard and witnessed, another being a friend of mine being always watched as she shopped, she has been stopped at the exit three times to check her bags, but every time they were wrong, there were no unpaid for items, she has no record in that store or any other of shoplifting. Another was a checkout supervisor telling a woman on the tills to watch a specific person who was a known shoplifter, the person in question was the checkout assistant's own daughter. Again zero evidence, they just hate customers and try hard to make them go away. Perhaps this is what many Sainsbury's are like now?

Visited this store as I was at my sons house and it was not like my local store. It needs a refurbishment and better products. Shelves were empty and the shop looked untidy.

Easy to find what you want, also staff are very helpful,I wish that there was one that was closer to where I live

Miserable, unhappy staff, always look like they don't want to be there! This store has a bad reputation. This is the worst Sainsbury's I have ever been to, management are rude, staff are not trained and the store is always low on stock and dirty!😡😡😡

I really haven't had good experience here, staff are not very helpful and to busy talking to each other. It took 4 members of staff to wipe up a spillage of which 3 were stood talking.
