Great for picking up bits and pieces, you can get most basic things you need.
The store is very clean and neat and always fuller stocked. A very good selection of vegetarian and Vegan dishes. Dessert are delicious. Parking is available.

A great little convenience store for the higher quality essentials I need. I find the usual suspects crowding the poor employees when they are discounting products in attempts to get cheaper sandwiches and sweet treats which isn’t ideal at the best of times, especially in a pandemic. There has to be a better, fairer way for customers to get some discounts, rather than the few hoarding so much and others not getting anything.

Excellent fresh fruits and vegetables. I’m afraid Waitrose has to reconsider their position as the grapes I got from this branch are absolutely gorgeous.
Staff need some training as they seem to linger around the area you are shopping if using Mobile check to pay

The worst customer service experience.
Unfortunately I don’t have the name of the lady at the till that she’s treating the customers like servants. But thanks to us she has a job.

Claudio was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond to help me find what I needed in the store today!

Clean, well organised place ,somewhat small but things here are more expensive than other places. ALDI is a great place but not very local ,somewhat disappointed because I need public transport to take he to ALDI where as TESCO is walking distance ,less than a mile.

Firstly you have to serve yourself on the self serve checkouts - already poor service. Then not advised the till did not print out receipts so had to be sent to the customer service to get one. Firstly the manager asked “why do you need one” then he printed a receipt with none of my card details on it so had to explain to him he needed to refund me then charge me again. He was not happy to do so & told me it’s not his fault. Super unhelpful attitude. Shocked tbh.. 🤔

Rude staff who treat younger customers differently. The staff are why I’m so disappointed in M&S in Streatham. I wish they’d be kinder to customers :(
