Large Asda, which in weekdays is also open 24/7. Lots of selection and always quite busy here. Today however some shelves were half empty.

Great store with loads of variety of products. Shelves are nearly always full.

Fresh veg is good quality and there are some great deals to be had around the store.

Free parking and plenty of it. Many naughty people do park here and jump across the road to the hospital I’ve noticed but there are a lot of parking bays so it’s not really an issue.

Security on site patrolling and keeping people safe.

Bit better stocked than it has been of late. Prices still spiralling upwards.
Only one overworked colleague on the checkouts until another one eventually opened.

Don’t mind shopping at Asda Park Royal, my big issue is you have to spend time when you arrive walking around the car park trying to find a trolley. When you mention this to staff they’re not bothered. Surely if customers attend your store and are parting with their money they shouldn’t have to walk around the car park to find a trolley and no one wants to help. They have resources inside the store but none outside. I like the fact that you have the option to use checkouts, scan and go, trolley shop or the basket checkout. However, CAN YOU MAKE SURE THERE ARE TROLLEYS AVAILABLE FOR CUSTOMERS TO USE PLEASE!!!

I recently shopped at Asda supermarket and was very pleased with the experience. The store was clean and well-organized, with a wide selection of products at competitive prices. The staff were also friendly and helpful. I was able to find everything I needed and the checkout process was smooth and efficient. I will definitely be returning to Asda for my future grocery needs.

Would have given 4 or 5 stars as it is a pretty good supermarket with a McDonald's (which was very tempting but managed to resist 😂). However the toilet was an embarrassment to humanity. My 2 year old needed the toilet and he almost refused to go in because of the STINK but was dying to go so we had no choice. Had to clean to toilet thoroughly before letting him sit on it and even then was not pretty! Should give a 1 star but trying to be generous around Christmas!

ASDA seems to have lost it's marketing skills. Prices at best OK and offers limited to joining their card scheme but not as good as clubcard. Smaller trolleys rarely available outside store and larger ones often have problems with the coin mechanism and dodgey wheels. ALL trolleys need to have a hose turned on them and cleaned. Tired and dated, a bit like ASDA's senior management.
